Under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our facility and resident apartments are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents.
Engage with prospective residents during their visits.
Maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments, including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, and emptying trash.
Provide personal laundry service where applicable.
Ensure the entire building is kept clean and tidy.
Regularly monitor public restrooms for cleanliness and adequate supplies.
Adhere to regulatory compliance where applicable.
Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
Report any areas or items in need of repair to the Assistant Director.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Executive Director.
