About The Position

Twin Rivers Towers is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team at our 7-story elderly apartment community.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of residents, tenants, and/or guests.
• Sufficient ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English to complete work efficiently, effectively, and courteously.
• Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cleaning experiance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Property Manager to ensure vacant units are cleaned and ready for rent.
• Clean and maintain all common areas of the building.
• Pick up and empties trash containers in the leasing office and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize common area laundry room(s) as needed.
• Notifies maintenance if something is not working properly.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
