About The Position

JOB TITLE: Housekeeper
LOCATION: Midland, TX
POSITION REPORTS TO: Terminal Manager/ Office Manager
SCHEDULE: 8AM – 5PM. Overtime and/or Weekends may be required.
WAGES: Hourly. Commensurate with experience and skills.

Requirements

• Housekeeping experience
• Locals Only. Must live within 60 miles of terminal
• Ability to speak, read and write in English enough to complete assignments, and communicate with supervisor and employees
• Knowledge and/or experience necessary to ensure proper use of all equipment and supplies
• Ability to perform all described duties for full shifts at a time

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned employee sleeping quarters
• Carry cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts or by hand as needed
• Mix water and detergents or other in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications, and follow directions for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage to furniture and/or fixtures
• Cleaning duties include, but are not limited to, laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, polishing furniture, and fixtures, cleaning windows and mirrors, dusting, scouring bathrooms, making beds and replacing other cleaned linens
• Complete and turn in paperwork daily, indicating work completion, inventory of SCRI items of rooms, condition of rooms, room occupancy, and any areas of concern
• Other related tasks as assigned by manager
