About The Position

The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas of the property. This role supports the housekeeping team and ensures a welcoming environment for guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services.
• Ability to get and maintain SNHD Health Card
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing common areas, hallways, stairwells, and restrooms.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Collect and dispose of trash from common areas and ensure proper recycling procedures are followed.
• Provide assistance to residents and guests by answering questions and directing them as needed.
• Follow safety and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Performs all other job-related duties as assigned
