About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at a company in Shreveport, LA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry services for resident apartments as well as common areas. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and visitors.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and move around to perform cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident apartments, ensuring all areas are spotless and organized.
• Perform general cleaning duties in common areas, including hallways, lounges, and offices.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, folding, and organizing residents' laundry.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
• Ensure a high level of cleanliness and comfort for residents and guests.
