About The Position
Be part of our talented Housekeeping team as Housekeeper at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas. Located in Greater Palm Springs, Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas has completed a property-wide renovation and up branding from Regency to Grand. Grand Hyatt features 531 newly transformed luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand new Celebrity Chef (Angelo Sosa) food & beverage venues. Set within the perfect backdrop of scenic Indian Wells, this property will be a destination favorite as it is positioned to take hospitality to a new level in the destination. The pay rate for this position is $19.00-$22.80 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned. Previous experience as Housekeeper is not mandatory, but preferred, and the person we are searching for will take great pride in their work. Requirements
- Able to operate electronic device such as phone to respond to work-orders
- Flexible schedule availability to work varied days, including weekends and holidays
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight as well as walk long distances
