Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in luxury private homes, estates, yachts, or five-star hospitality environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of pride in your work
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of private environments
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Physically capable of performing a full range of cleaning duties throughout the day
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Dependable, punctual, and consistent
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule, including occasional holidays

Responsibilities

  • Maintain pristine, hotel-level cleanliness throughout the residence, including daily upkeep, deep cleaning, and seasonal projects
  • Provide specialized care for fine linens, designer garments, and delicate or high-value fabrics
  • Perform detailed, high-touch cleaning of glass, mirrors, fixtures, stone surfaces, and specialty finishes
  • Ensure all rooms are consistently guest-ready and presented to luxury standards
  • Organize closets, storage areas, and household systems with precision and efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain household inventory, supplies, and cleaning products
  • Identify maintenance issues early and communicate or coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Assist with vendor access, service appointments, and occasional project oversight
  • Support preparation for occasional guests, including pre-arrival setup and post-departure reset
  • Follow established household routines, checklists, and owner preferences with consistency
  • Uphold strict confidentiality, privacy, and estate security protocols at all times
