These roles are vital to ensure our property reflects the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service.  

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record (property specific-driving).
  • Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
  • Must work well in stressful high pressure situations.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Clean, organize, and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the property’s high standards.
  • Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies as needed to support housekeeping operations.
  • Provide excellent guest service, responding promptly and courteously to requests.
  • Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and other tasks as directed by management.
  • Maintain storage rooms, service areas, hallways, and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
  • Adhere to uniform, grooming, and appearance standards.
  • Support sustainability and cost-control initiatives through careful use of supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
