Requirements

Aptitude for cleanliness
Ability to read labels and warning signs on chemicals
Good human relation skills to deal with residents, peers and supervisors
Ability to exercise good judgment and self-control
Enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, personal integrity, and honesty
Be available to report to work during any inclement weather event for property clean up and emergencies
Ability to drive a golf cart
Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Bending, kneeling, stretching, climbing stairs and ladders, squatting, lifting up to twenty-five (25) pounds and running and lifting over twenty-five (25) pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

Vacant apartment prep
Clean all turnovers in a timely manner, to include but not limited to appliances, windows, floors, blinds, bathrooms, kitchens, switch plates, and light fixtures
Clean rental office, laundry room, pool restrooms and other common areas daily
Assist maintenance staff as directed by Maintenance Supervisor
