Requirements

Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
Ability to work independently (without direct supervision).
Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written).
Have a positive and problem-solving attitude.
Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Requires knowledge, skills, and mental abilities equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.

Responsibilities

Completing daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making our bathrooms shine.
Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates.
Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards.
Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items.
Assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
May be asked to assist in laundry/clean public spaces when necessary.
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team members and guests.
