Requirements

One year previous cleaning experience preferred but not necessary, we will train the right individual!
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pleasant personality to interact with others.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms, courts, and open common areas.
Ensuring laundry needs are met for each individual resident. Clothing is kept clean and maintained in an orderly fashion in their rooms.
Maintain kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitary.
Ensure proper use of chemicals and supplies to maintain a clean environment.
Follows proper sanitary guidelines for infection control.
Engages with residents to ensure that we are meeting their cleaning needs.
Other duties as assigned.
