About The Position

About the Role The Housekeeper plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall appearance of the Main Clubhouse. This position helps ensure that member spaces, common areas, and restrooms are clean, orderly, and welcoming throughout the day and into the evening. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, dependable, and takes pride in creating a polished environment that supports an exceptional member and guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safe handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of member spaces, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned areas throughout the Main Clubhouse
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards during active club hours
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces in accordance with established procedures
• Restock supplies in restrooms, locker rooms, and service areas as needed
• Operate laundry equipment and assist with laundering club linens and other materials as assigned
• Support event setup and breakdown, evening resets, and upkeep of high traffic and member facing areas
• Report maintenance concerns, repair needs, or safety hazards to the appropriate manager
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning and special projects, including seasonal cleaning needs
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols
