About The Position

Turning Point Care Center has an opening for a full-time Housekeeper. The Housekeeper cleans, sanitizes, and maintains the appearance of our facilities in Moultrie, GA. Turning Point Care Center has provided a place of healing and hope to adults who suffer from behavioral health disorders and/or substance abuse for more than 39 years. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform physical activities such as prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, and handling of materials
• Must have effective communication skills
• Must be able to read and comprehend labels, instructions, and manuals
• Regular and consistent attendance is an essential job function; reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities

• cleaning patient rooms, restrooms, and offices while ensuring that proper infection control and safety procedures are followed
• changing patient bed linens, removing trash, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting in all assigned areas
• completing inventories, restocking, and replenishing supplies such as toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, and hand sanitizer
