Work Days: Monday – Friday Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends may be necessary based on property needs. Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens. Rate: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Requirements

Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
Knowledge and skills in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
Constant need to be on feet and to perform physical activities such as climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Cleaning the office, clubhouse, and restrooms daily
Cleaning and maintaining the laundry facilities as well as model apartments daily
Preparing vacant apartments for new resident move-in
Performs additional duties requested by the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
