About The Position

Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Housekeeper . Essential Duties: Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, stripping, and waxing floors. Operate mechanized cleaning equipment, including vacuums, polishers, and buffers. Maintain a sanitary and infection-free facility by washing, cleaning, and replacing equipment and furnishings. Clean and disinfect wash basins, mirrors, commodes, tubs, showers, and air vents daily. Empty trash containers and damp dust furniture, light fixtures, and windowsills. Report any necessary repairs immediately to the supervisor. Check for spills and water periodically and use safety precautions in all cleaning tasks. Adhere to health and safety standards and be aware of company practices. Check stocking levels of consumables and replace as needed. Participate in annual Discovery Day event (held annually on a Saturday in April). May be required to work outside of the assigned schedule as necessary. Requirements/Skills: High School Diploma/GED preferred. Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper. Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance levels. Basic computer skills for timekeeping and familiarity with timekeeping equipment. First Aid/CPR certification preferred but not required. Valid State Driver’s License. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and act with professionalism and confidentiality. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Moderate dexterity in operating machinery, tools, or office equipment. Standing or walking for extended periods and reaching overhead. Working with hands in hot water and chemicals, with exposure to extreme heat and cold. Ability to properly lift heavy items from a stooping position with assistance. Requires normal visual acuity, hearing, speaking abilities, color perception, depth perception, and texture perception. Requirements
