Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)
Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and infection control practices
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Positive attitude and customer service mindset
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and offices
Perform daily tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in organized, safe condition
Report maintenance or repair needs promptly
Assist with laundry services as needed
Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
