Requirements

Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) and follow instructions (verbal and written).
Have a positive and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

Play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation.
Complete daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making bathrooms shine.
Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests.
Perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain clean rooms according to established standards.
Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items.
Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms clean according to established standards.
May be asked to help in laundry/clean public spaces when necessary.
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for diverse team members and guests.
Discover and respond quickly and efficiently to requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude.
