Requirements

  • 1–3 years of housekeeping experience (senior living or healthcare preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with cleaning supplies and basic safety practices
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing carts
  • Comfortable working around seniors in a residential environment
  • Uniforms are provided and professionally laundered. Employees are expected to wear their uniform appropriately while on duty.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas
  • Perform routine housekeeping tasks: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms
  • Replenish cleaning and paper supplies as needed
  • Assist with laundry and move-in cleanings
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
