About The Position
Ensures cleanliness of the community by performing the following duties. Performs all housekeeping duties in residents apartments including vacuuming of carpets, mopping of floors, cleaning bathrooms, high dusting, trash removal and changing bed linens Cleaning restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairwells. Reports any observed problems or deficiencies in resident services to Executive Director Cleans community common areas. Performs any other duty upon supervisors request. Supervisory Responsibility: This job has no supervisory responsibilities
