About The Position

Formally known as Williams Sausage Company; Newly named Hickman Rd Plant Plant address: 5132 Old Troy Hickman Road, Union City TN POSITION SUMMARY: Food Production - Housekeeping PR02 – Full-Time Starting pay: $17.30/HR The housekeeper will keep all areas related to housekeeping/laundry clean and sanitary with minimal supervision, while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

• ATTN Prior Tyson Workers: Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.
• REQUIREMENTS: 6 Months work experience with one employer in the last 24 months. Worker history must be documented on application or resume.

Responsibilities

• Must be willing and able to clean and sanitize Team Member welfare areas including restrooms, hallways, smoking, office, and entry ways while following company guidelines on cleaning techniques.
• Must be willing and able to launder Team Member equipment as necessary and distributing and return PPE.
• Must be willing and able to distribute smocks, gloves, hairnets, etc. daily to Team Members.
• Must be willing and able to move or lift, up to 40 lbs.
• Must be willing and able to use standard cleaning equipment, such as: mop/bucket, vacuum, and squeegees as required.
• Must be willing and able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours per day.
• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
