About The Position

We are a professional short-term rental management company in Breckenridge, CO, dedicated to providing top-notch guest experiences. We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable housekeepers to join our team and help maintain our vacation rental properties to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency in cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize rental properties between guest stays, ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards as set out in our Breezeway checklists.
• Change linens, make beds, and restock essentials (toiletries, towels, etc.).
• Perform routine deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Report any maintenance or inventory issues to management via Reported Issues in Breezeway.
• Utilize the Breezeway app to document start & end times, completion of work scheduled, reported issues and photos of cleanliness.
• Follow company procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and quality.
