Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and infection control practices
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and customer service mindset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or senior living a plus)

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and offices
• Perform daily tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in organized, safe condition
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Assist with laundry services as needed
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
