About The Position

The Patterson is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community located in Beavercreek, Ohio. As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the community. You’ll be responsible for the organized, consistent, and thorough cleaning of assigned areas while following infection control protocols and facility procedures. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in supporting resident well-being. You’ll work closely with the Housekeeping team and leadership to ensure all spaces are safe, attractive, and welcoming for residents, families, and guests.
Requirements
- Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- 18 years of age or older, or high school graduate
Responsibilities
