Cleans rooms and inspects, halls in commercial establishments such as Hotels and Timeshare and restaurants, by performing the following duties. As a Housekeeper, you will: Must consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms. Must achieve a productivity of 12 credits per day. Credits are assigned based on size and type of service. Strip units and remove all trash. Clean units including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks. Bathrooms - Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes. Bedrooms -Strip and make beds, change bed linens, which may require lifting of all soiled linen. Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens. Consistently maintain unit inspection score of 80% or above as dictated by established by the resort. Ensures proper use of all equipment and supplies following established procedures. Immediately reports Lost & Found items following established procedures. Work in a team environment and assist with other duties as necessary. Ensure all inventory is in each unit. Replenishes houseware supplies as needed. Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Cleans entire unit inside and outside. Empties wastebaskets and cleans ashtrays. Assists in the training of fellow employees as it pertains to their area. Other duties may be assigned.
