The employee may be subject to call back during emergency conditions such as severe weather, evacuation, or temporary staffing shortages. Adherence to Viva Senior Living’s attendance policies and the terms and conditions of employment outlined in the Employee Handbook is mandatory. Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is required. The role demands the highest standards in caring for residents and their family members, and strict adherence to all facility policies and procedures.
