Join us at our beautiful apartment community in Chamblee, GA! We have a fantastic Housekeeper opportunity available! Weinstein Properties, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia owns and manages over 60 apartment communities in Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia. Still owned and operated by the Weinstein family after 70+ years, our continued success is attributed to our hands on approach to daily operations and our focus on the customer experience. Locations: Bexley Chamblee Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $17/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses Bonus: Currently eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting You will get dirty: Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties. Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities. This is a busy and physically demanding role:. This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks.
