Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift moderate weights throughout the shift.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to comply with all safety and cleaning protocols.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas following the company’s standards and procedures.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage observed during cleaning to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and products are used properly and stored safely.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
