Housekeeper Location: Concord, MA Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Compensation: $18 – $20 per hour, based on experience About Us We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new substance use treatment center in Concord, MA. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients can focus on recovery. We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and help ensure a clean, comfortable, and healing environment for all clients, staff, and visitors. Position Summary The Housekeeper plays a key role in creating and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment by performing daily cleaning and housekeeping duties across patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, and shared spaces.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to handle crisis or risk situations calmly and appropriately.
Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and use hands frequently.
Occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception.

Responsibilities

Clean and replace linens in client bedrooms following discharge.
Maintain clean and stocked bathrooms with linens, toiletries, and supplies.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Complete daily work assignments using checklists to ensure thoroughness.
Use appropriate cleaning supplies and chemicals in line with procedures.
Follow safety and infection control practices, including hand hygiene and precautions.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned areas.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
