This role involves cleaning and inspecting rooms and halls in commercial establishments such as hotels, timeshares, and restaurants.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree GED.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to follow instructions without close supervision.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
Must embody core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
Achieve a productivity of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on size and type of service.
Strip units and remove all trash.
Clean units including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces in bathrooms using cloths, mops, sponges, and brushes.
Strip and make beds, change bed linens, which may require lifting of all soiled linen in bedrooms.
Report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
Consistently maintain unit inspection score of 80% or above as dictated by established resort standards.
Ensure proper use of all equipment and supplies following established procedures.
Immediately report Lost & Found items following established procedures.
Work in a team environment and assist with other duties as necessary.
Ensure all inventory is in each unit.
Replenish houseware supplies as needed.
Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
Clean entire unit inside and outside.
Empty wastebaskets and clean ashtrays.
Assist in the training of fellow employees as it pertains to their area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
