Job Description Must be willing to obtain and maintain a clearance at the TS/SCI access level or higher • Cleaning billeting rooms. Includes making beds, replenishing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, etc. • Vacuuming • Laundry in large capacity machines and residential units. • Mopping, dust mopping, sweeping and scrubbing floors. • Empty waste containers. • Low and high cleaning. • Deliver collected refuse to the dumpster. • Perform restroom cleaning. • Clean water fountains. • Clean freight and passenger elevators. • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors at prescribed heights. • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment. • Shampoo carpets and some furniture. • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners. • Police grounds and empty waste containers. • Assist in Special Events setups. • Must monitor building for maintenance, safety and security issues and report any violations to immediate Supervisor or Management. • Maintains custodial equipment in a clean, safe operable condition. • Report shortage of supplies and equipment failures to immediate Supervisor or Management. • Performs other related work as assigned. #Intel

Requirements

  • Must be willing to obtain and maintain a clearance at the TS/SCI access level or higher
  • A combination of education and directly related experience equal to one (1) year; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
  • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
  • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner This is the typical years of experience required for this job.   • U.S. Citizen
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • General knowledge of cleaning and a willingness to learn
  • Must be able to work as a part of a team
  • Ability to follow schedule of room check outs
  • Attention to detail and conscientiousness
  • Good physical condition and strength

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role a plus
  • High school diploma is preferred but not required
