About The Position
Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award-winning family-friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking talented Housekeepers to deliver excellence in service to our guests and exceed cleanliness and sanitation standards. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and all common areas.
Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
- Impeccable attention to cleanliness and safety
- Strong work ethic, adept at multitasking, and a true team player
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- A flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability is required
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years housekeeping experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and in excellent condition for arriving and in-house guests
- Clean lobbies, stairways, elevators, etc.
- Assist in laundry operations to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Communicate with other departments as necessary to complete ad hoc housekeeping requests
- Follow all established procedures when using chemicals and other cleaning products
