Requirements

Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work the 1:30 pm - 8:30 pm shift and some weekends
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
Change linens, make beds, and ensure rooms are tidy and welcoming
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and other shared spaces
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a healthy environment
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
Assist with laundry duties as needed
Adhere to company policies and standards for cleanliness and customer service
