About The Position

Solitude Mountain Resort is on lookout for someone who thrives in the hospitality industry and delivers outstanding customer service. If you are interested in a work environment surrounded by breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mountains, this position is for you! Our room attendants provide exceptional customer service while cleaning all assigned rooms and supplying them with the required amenities. This is an essential role for our resort to provide guests with the best recreational and hospitality service possible. We want to take care of our guests and make sure report all damage and missing items immediately along with any suspicious activity when doing your assigned work. Requirements

• Demonstrate knowledge of customer service to execute Solitude’s standards
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to multitask, prioritize and address issues accordingly
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned rooms and stock with required amenities
• Remove linen, trash and any items left behind
• Clean kitchen and bathrooms, make beds, sweep/mop/vacuum floors, clean windows, dust furniture
• Stock housekeeping closets and carts
• Respond to guest requests
• Report guest concerns to management and respond in a professional manner
• Report any missing items or damage
• Immediately turn in to manager all lost and found items
• Follow up at the end of every shift to ensure all necessary work is completed
• Additional duties may be added if necessary
