The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning apartment units and common areas of the community. Responsibilities

  • Cleans and maintains apartment units
  • Cleans and maintains apartment unit models
  • Cleans and maintains vacancies
  • Cleans and maintains all other public access restrooms and common areas
  • Assist with monitoring inventory of supplies
  • Report time and attendance
  • Understand and adhere to the Landmark Properties policies and procedures
  • Understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations
  • Develop a sense of community among the residents and staff
  • Maintain an positive community environment for both residents and associates and encourage participation in events and activities
  • Assist with the property’s turn
