The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning apartment units and common areas of the community. Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains apartment units
- Cleans and maintains apartment unit models
- Cleans and maintains vacancies
- Cleans and maintains all other public access restrooms and common areas
- Assist with monitoring inventory of supplies
- Report time and attendance
- Understand and adhere to the Landmark Properties policies and procedures
- Understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations
- Develop a sense of community among the residents and staff
- Maintain an positive community environment for both residents and associates and encourage participation in events and activities
- Assist with the property’s turn
