Requirements

Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
Ability to work independently (without direct supervision).
Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written).
Positive and problem-solving attitude.
Dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary.

Responsibilities

Play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation.
Complete daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and making bathrooms shine.
Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates.
Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests.
Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards.
Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items.
Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
Help in laundry/clean public spaces when necessary.
Quickly and efficiently discover and respond to requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude.
Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for diverse team members and guests.
