St. Ann's Community is seeking a Housekeeper to provide cleaning services in residential apartments and cottage homes on our Cherry Ridge (Webster) campus. Housekeepers are responsible for the cleanliness of our Independent and Assisted Living Elders' homes. This includes common areas and Elder living spaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and floors. Housekeepers are vital members of the Cherry Ridge team and work closely with the administrative, care, and maintenance teams. A typical day could include: Gathering the daily schedule from the Team Leader Using the company vehicle to transport equipment and supplies to cottages and apartments Emptying trash, cleaning, sweeping and mopping, cleaning bathroom and kitchen fixtures, vacuuming carpets, and dusting Making beds, as requested Cleaning and restocking common areas, including windows and bathrooms Notifying other departments of Elder needs outside the scope of housekeeping The ideal candidate: Is familiar with using cleaning supplies and common cleaning techniques Is reliable and punctual is use of time and resources Communicates well with community members of all ages and backgrounds Behaves in a kind, thoughtful, and respectful manner Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess: Reliable transportation to our Webster location A valid New York State driver license with a clean driving record Comfortable working directly with Elders Strong desire to fulfill St. Ann's vision be the provider and employer of choice for comprehensive care, housing, and services for older adults St. Ann’s Community offers: Dental, Medical, and Vision insurance 403b Retirement Plan with employer match and discretionary contribution Tuition Reimbursement and Scholarships Opportunities for growth and advancement Complimentary DashPass for all employees Pay Range: $16.00-19.25/hour The employment policy of St. Ann’s Community is to provide equal opportunity to all persons. Responsibilities
