About The Position

The Housekeeper role, referred to as a Guest Environment Expert, is focused on creating a memorable and unique guest experience by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This position involves a wide range of housekeeping functions, including delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning rooms and public spaces. Guest Environment Experts are empowered to take initiative in their work. Critical aspects of the role include ensuring a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
