Requirements

  • Hospitality/housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining work processes.
  • Must be flexible with hours and days worked; mornings, weekdays, weekends and Holidays specific shifts may be hired with hours/days determined in the pre-hire.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and clean guest rooms and common areas.
  • Positively interact with guests and communicate their needs with the front office staff.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop and clean carpet/flooring in rooms and throughout the Resort property.
  • Dust, brush, polish, clean and vacuum furniture, glass, mirrors, curtains, décor appliances and other fixtures and furnishings.
  • Properly clean and sanitize bathrooms.
  • Coordinate with laundry department to collect, clean, and redistribute linens, towels, etc.
  • Remove trash from guest rooms and common areas.
  • Work with front desk staff for any lost and found items.
  • Resupply all guest room needs and linen closet as required.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all departments to meet guests needs.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed.
  • Understand and maintain Reputation Management.
  • Resolve client conflicts and concerns while maintaining superior customer service.
  • Core competencies in current ADA and other regulatory expectations.
  • Uphold and lead others in following 7 Cedars Resorts mission and values.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
