About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning apartment units and common areas of the community. The Housekeeper is a customer service driven team player and must be able to take direction but work independently. Reports to: Community Manager Direct Reports: None Roles and Responsibilities The duties listed below are an outline of the Housekeeper’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the community change, these duties may be modified as needed. General Cleans and maintains apartment units Cleans and maintains apartment unit models Cleans and maintains vacancies Cleans and maintains all other public access restrooms and common areas Assist with monitoring inventory of supplies Report time and attendance Understand and adhere to the Landmark Properties policies and procedures Understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations Develop a sense of community among the residents and staff Maintain an positive community environment for both residents and associates and encourage participation in events and activities Assist with the property’s turn Work Environment The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
