About The Position

STGi is seeking a Housekeeper to provide services at our Georgia War Veterans Home. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform day-to-day activities of housekeeping as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor to assure the facility is maintained in a clean and comfortable manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Clean, disinfect equipment and supplies, monitor environment for potential hazards, clean vacant rooms as assigned, ensure proper disposal of infectious waste(s) into appropriate containers and other duties as assigned. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Work is typically performed in an environmentally controlled environment. Work is performed on multi-level facilities.
