About The Position

Evolve Treatment Centers delivers top‑tier, evidence‑based mental health and substance‑use care for adolescents aged 12–17. With residential and outpatient programs across California, Evolve provides a safe, therapeutic, and home‑like environment. We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper(32 hours a week) to care for two residential properties in Encinitas—supporting the day‑to-day environment of Evolve’s teen homes. Your efforts ensure these residences remain consistently clean, comfortable, and inviting—foundational to Evolve’s therapeutic atmosphere.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness continuously
Physical stamina to perform daily duties; must be able to lift up to ~25 lbs
High discretion, trustworthiness, and respect for privacy
Basic English communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning at both homes: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
Continuously maintain the ongoing cleanliness of all common areas and high-touch surfaces (e.g., countertops, door handles, light switches)
Restock essential supplies—cleaning products, paper goods, toiletries—and report low inventory
Empty trash and recycling bins and manage waste properly
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
