Responsibilities

  • Curate Guest Sanctuaries: Execute pristine room preparation to exact luxury hospitality standards, ensuring every detail—from perfectly appointed linens to thoughtfully arranged amenities—creates an immaculate, welcoming environment
  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Proactively identify and fulfill service requirements before they are expressed, responding with grace and immediacy to all guest requests and interdepartmental communications
  • Maintain Luxury Standards: Uphold meticulous attention to detail in all spaces, including furniture placement, amenity presentation, floor care, and the removal of any imperfections to preserve the property's refined aesthetic
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Conduct thorough inspections of in-room appliances, lighting, and fixtures; promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or incidents to leadership
  • Deliver Personalized Service: Provide thoughtful assistance to guests with special requirements while maintaining discretion, professionalism, and genuine warmth in all interactions
  • Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain impeccable personal presentation, protect confidential information, and consistently exemplify the property's service philosophy in guest engagement
  • Collaborate Seamlessly: Support colleagues across departments to achieve unified operational excellence and create memorable guest experiences
  • Execute Logistical Precision: Efficiently manage housekeeping cart preparation, linen rotation, amenity replenishment, and proper room entry protocols while adhering to all safety and security procedures
