About The Position

Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co. is looking for a 2nd-Shift Housekeeper to join our team at our Sedalia, MO Corporate manufacturing location! Full-time (not seasonal) with benefits and paid time off! Inter-State Studio is a family-owned school photography and yearbook company that has been successfully serving schools for 90 years. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 2nd shift Housekeeper to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our employees in our corporate offices and on the manufacturing floor. Please Note- this is a full time role with second shift hours however there are times that second shift goes on reduced hours and this role will need to flex to a mid-shift during those times.

Requirements

Must have a valid drivers license.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Collect trash and paper waste from production and common areas.
Clean and maintain the exterior of the building to ensure a tidy appearance.
Assist and fill in for other housekeeping staff as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of break rooms, restrooms, offices, and other common areas.
Perform various other duties as assigned to support the housekeeping team.
