Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to follow written instructions
No experience necessary, but preferred
Will provide on-the-job training
Demonstrates respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence
Commitment to person-centered care practices
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive relationships

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning procedures in accordance with Frederick Living policy
Observe waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with Frederick Living policy
Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment
Identify and report any equipment malfunction to supervisor
Report any observed area in poor repair to supervisor
Dispense soap, paper and housekeeping supplies, as necessary
Follow all infection control procedures in accordance with Frederick Living policy
Attend in-service programs, complete assigned online courses
Follow and maintain the Q.A. program as defined by supervisor
Record daily resident interactions when performing duties in Cedarwood
Abide by the organization’s code of conduct in the performance of their duties
Perform other related duties as required
