About The Position

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the condominium’s common areas and amenities. This role helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff by performing routine and deep-cleaning tasks in accordance with community standards.

Requirements

  • Must pass a drug screening and back ground check.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces
  • Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and handrails in common areas
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated areas
  • Clean and maintain amenities such as fitness centers, community rooms, and lounges
  • Replenish paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management or maintenance staff
  • Follow proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Assist with special cleaning projects, seasonal cleaning, or event setup/cleanup
