Responsibilities The Housekeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
• Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units.
• Clean exterior of the building; including exterior trash cans.
• Rotate waste cans daily.
• Remove snow from each entrance as necessary.
• Clean individual units as needed.
