About The Position
As a key member of the property’s golf operations team, the Housekeeper reports directly to the Clubhouse Manager and attends to the pro shop, locker rooms, bathrooms on course and all common areas around clubhouse.
Requirements
- Must have strong customer/guest orientation
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable
- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of etiquette for golf is preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Clean locker rooms. Ie. Toilets, urinals, sinks, showers, floors and walls as well as other items assigned by manager.
- Restock all toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers.
- Clean breezeway floors, furniture and walls.
- Clean pro shop, sweep / vacuum floors (mop when needed). Clean all glass doors and counters.
- Empty all trash bins and recycle bins
- Receive and communicate complaints to the Clubhouse manager
- Open restrooms on course at appropriate time. Clean and restock restrooms
- Empty rubbish cans on course tee boxes after tournaments when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
