We have an opening for team oriented, full-time housekeeper for our West Bloomfield Campus. Candidates must be self motivated and service oriented. Housekeeper/Maintenance Essential Duties:

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED maintenance background, leadership and motivational skills.
• Great customer service skills, Commercial Housekeeping experience helpful.
• One year of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, stairs, and clean office spaces
• Trash removal
• Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities.
• Cleaning apartments.
• Assist with apartment turnovers.
• Other duties as assigned
