About The Position

Titan Florida LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Janitor/Housekeeper at our Medley Plant. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and sanitary work environment. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting overall plant operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Requirements

Safety-minded with a strong commitment to safe work practices.
Good communication skills
Good organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically able to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and use hands for cleaning tasks.
Ability to hear and communicate effectively in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect offices, restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and surfaces.
Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
Monitor janitorial and sanitary supply inventory for assigned areas.
Notify the Facilities Manager of low or missing supplies to ensure proper restocking.
Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager.
Maintain cleanliness standards in both indoor and outdoor plant areas as assigned.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when working in offices, conference rooms, and administrative areas.
Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Management.
