About The Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Aloft/Element Lovefield in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to established cleaning procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, as needed
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring all amenities are stocked
Restock linens and towels as needed
Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms
Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to provide consistent, high-quality service
Report any maintenance issues or room deficiencies to management
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to any requests in a timely manner
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests
Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
